How to properly configure Binotel Wire on Android OS
Make sure you give permission to Wire notification on top of other windows
Make sure that you have enough battery power and the phone is not in battery saving mode
Make sure you have enough space in the phone's memory (to store data) - more than 500 mb.
The recording stops automatically if the phone is 300 mb or less
If your phone has been switched off, you need to go inside the application to activate it (if you have not given permission to the App to autostart)
Go to
MyBusiness (login and password are the same as your Wire account)
Test the Application: make some test calls (Incoming-Outgoing) with Wi-Fi connected.
Wire works on the Android operating system (4.3-12)
Binotel Wire – mobile application that provides statistics on calls and can record conversations from your employees' mobile phones. Audio recordings and call data help you monitor and improve service quality even if your employees work remotely. It also has the function of integration into your +80 CRM system with reference to customer cards and transactions. For integration, write a request to Binotel Technical Support at wire@binotel.com.
MyBusiness is an analytic SmartСRM from Binotel, where you can view call analytics, listen to audio recordings of conversations from the phone on which Wire is activated. Also in your personal MyBusiness account, you can pay for the service, connect additional functions and view the status of activated phones (which phones transmit data).
WIRE application information
The App records conversations 24/7.
If recording calls at some point is not required, you can log out from the Application. In the upper submenu, click on the "Logout" section and enter the secret PIN, which can be obtained from the administrator. The application will not record calls until employee login in Binotel Wire using email and password.
- Recording audio recordings of conversations without an Internet/Wi-Fi connection;
- Fixing call statistics (start, end, call duration, geolocation, date, time);

- Automatic access to MyBusiness account when you first install the application;
- Integration with the +80 CRM system (upon request).
- All data recorded on the smartphone (without the Internet) is saved in the application.
- The application displays a warning about the need to connect to the Internet to synchronize data with the MyBusiness account.
Binotel Wire has three modes of operation, depending on how you connect to the Internet.
- Statistical data and audio recordings of conversations recorded on the smartphone are transferred to the MyBusiness personal account (when this function is enabled by the Administrator);
- When an incoming call is on the computer screen, if the MyBusiness account interface is open, the contact name pops up (works with the Chrome browser on which the Binotel plugin is installed) if this contact already exists in your CRM system.
- If Binotel Wire is integrated with your CRM, a card with the contact name also appears on the mobile phone screen.

How to exit the Application
- All data, including audio recordings of conversations from your phone, is transferred to the MyBusiness personal account online.
- When an incoming call is on the computer screen, if the MyBusiness account interface is open, the contact name pops up (works with the Chrome browser on which the Binotel plugin is installed) if this contact already exists in your CRM system.
- If Binotel Wire is integrated with your CRM, a card with the contact name also appears on the mobile phone screen.

Note!
Weak internet signal can make it difficult for Binotel plugin in Chrome and can also affect the speed of raising the card with the name of a contact on your phone screen.
To install the application, you must connect to the Internet. After installing and configuring Wire, all calls are recorded in the background (without connecting to the Internet). If at this time mobile internet is connected to your phone, the analytics and audio files of conversation will be transferred to MyBusiness (your CRM system), when this function is enabled by the Administrator in the Data Transfer section. When Wire connected to stable WIFI, all audio conversation files are transferred to the MyBusiness personal account. This algorithm saves your data if the phone does not have high-speed Internet.
Check if these calls appear in the tabs: Calls - Incoming - Outgoing in
MyBusiness account.
When you first log into the application, you can add an employee and thereby associate the administrator account and the company employee. The administrator will receive all statistics and audio recordings of calls from the phones of the added employees to his MyBusiness account. An employee will also be able to view his personal statistics and listen to audio recordings in his MyBusiness account.
To add an employee, enter: first and last name, email, phone number and confirm the employee card.
An employee will receive an email with a personal link to the installation of the application, which
is valid for use for three days.
If the user has not used the link within three days, he will need to follow the old link, download the application and go through the second check of his personal data inside the application.
You can also add employees in the application. To do this, in the upper submenu there is a transition to the screen for adding new employees.
In MyBusiness dashboard in hidden settings (upper submenu) or on the application's main screen, the administrator can view all the added employees and the status of their applications. The data that is available for viewing in MyBusiness: the phone number, name, application connection status, last connection, application version, phone model on which the application
is installed.
